The GWDL-XL series high-temperature furnace integrates the control system with the furnace chamber as shown in the figure. The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina light material. Using high-temperature electric heating elements, it is specially designed for universities, research institutes, laboratories, and industrial and mining enterprises to perform sintering, melting, analysis, and production of ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development, special materials, building materials, metals, non-metals, and other compound materials. | | | The control panel is equipped with an intelligent temperature regulator, power switch, main heating work/start-stop button, voltage, current meter, computer interface, observation port/inlet valve, to observe the working status of the system at any time. This product uses reliable integrated circuits, has a good working environment, and is anti-interference. When reaching the highest temperature, the shell temperature does not exceed 45°C, significantly improving the working environment. Microcomputer program control, programmable curves, automatic heating/cooling, can modify temperature control parameters and programs during operation, flexible and easy to operate. | |||||||

Structure and Material of the Furnace Body | The furnace body adopts advanced air-cooled double-layer carbon steel structure, effective air-cooled guide plates allow overall circulation of cold air within the shell, finally cooling the conductive sheets of the heating elements before exiting the furnace body, preventing high-temperature oxidation of the conductive sheets of the heating elements; ensuring a good working environment. | ||||||
Door Opening Method | The door opening method is axial 180-degree side opening plus 360-degree rotation, the door lock is located on the side of the door and is equipped with an elastic lock that can effectively lock the door. The elasticity of the lock absorbs the expansion of the refractory material, ensuring free thermal expansion and contraction of the refractory material while providing effective sealing. | ||||||

Safe Temperature Control | Uses closed-loop technology thyristor module triggering control, phase angle triggering control or zero-crossing triggering method, output voltage, current or power continuously adjustable, has constant voltage, constant current or constant power characteristics; the current loop is the inner loop, the voltage loop is the outer loop, when there is a sudden load increase or the load current exceeds the limit value, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited to the rated current range, ensuring normal operation of the output and voltage regulator; the voltage loop also participates in regulation, limiting the output current of the voltage regulator to the rated current range under conditions of sufficient regulation margin, maintaining constant output current and voltage under such circumstances; thus protecting the heating elements from excessive current and voltage surges, achieving safe and reliable control effects and control accuracy. | ||||||
Temperature Curve Setting | Uses an intelligent temperature control instrument with standard PID, artificial intelligence regulation APID or MPT and other types of adjustment methods, having self-tuning and learning functions, no overshoot or undershoot characteristics, equipped with 30-segment program control function, can realize any slope of heating and cooling control, has jump (cyclic), run, pause and stop commands that can be programmed/operated, allows modification of the program during controlled operation; using artificial intelligence adjustment algorithms with curve fitting capabilities, smooth and even curve control effects can be obtained. | ||||||

五、 | Warranty Scope and Period | ||||||
The electric furnace is free under warranty for one year, the furnace bottom plate is not under warranty, the heating elements are not under warranty (free replacement if naturally damaged within three months). | |||||||

七、 | Precautions | ||||||
1. To prevent affecting the service life of the electric furnace, it is recommended to keep the maximum heating rate and cooling rate between 1-15°C/min (heating element life will shorten if heated too quickly at high temperatures). | |||||||
2. This box furnace does not have a vacuum sealed structure, so flammable and explosive gases should not be introduced. | |||||||
3. After a period of use, minor cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is normal and will not affect usage; these can be repaired using an alumina coating. | |||||||
4. It is not recommended to introduce corrosive gases; if strong corrosive gases like sulfur (S) or sodium (Na) need to be introduced, please inform us in advance so we can provide special treatment for the furnace chamber. | |||||||
5. High-temperature solutions must not leak onto the furnace bottom; preventive measures include using a support plate or alumina powder for isolation. | |||||||
6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated area, away from dampness. | |||||||

1. The packaging of the electric furnace consists of three layers: wrapped in sponge paper, then wrapped with plastic film, and finally packed in a wooden box. | |||||||
